If I could give more stars I would! We live an hour away and made the decision after long research to bring our dog Rascal to have Patella Luxation/ACL Surgery. We had Dr. Briere. We could not have asked for more compassionate professional service. ALL of the staff is amazing. You are not a number or rushed through the process. They took lots of time with us to explain everything at the initial appointment. When we brought him in the morning of the surgery the staff made us all so comfortable and maintained communication before and after the surgery. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for superb care for surgery! UPDATE: Rascal tore his other ACl and needed his knee done. Once again they went above and beyond helping us through this second leg surgery. Rascal cannot take pain meds we discovered last time, so this was especially hard for all of us and they were there every step of the way, answering calls and returning calls when ever we needed help or assurance. They are an amazing team!!

Dr. Henry was wonderful. He thoroughly explained the procedure that our pup had to undergo and made us very comfortable. Our pup had to stay there for two nights – I called several times a day and every I spoke to was wonderful and really seeked to care for Kenny. Thank you.

I was so pleased! I was not rushed; Dr. Henry and staff took time to show several examples of hips (xray images) and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I also felt good that I wasn’t rope into any treatments.

Since my fiancé took our dog for the initial consult, I did not have the opportunity to meet the doctor scheduled to operate on our dog. Dr. Briere personally took the time to meet with me prior to surgery. She answered questions, calmed my anxiety, and personally called me with an update following surgery. The staff was extremely accommodating!

Caitlin was also wonderful – since she knew we were traveling from far away she made sure appointments and lab work were feasible and convenient for us. Thank you for all you have done for us!

My 7 yo Golden Retriever had a torn ACL and went through surgery at Boston Vet in July, 2019. I was so worried; but he was only walking on 3 legs and was clearly in pain. The Doctors, technicians and all of staff at Boston Vet was professional, articulate, and Skilled!! They explained what to expect and how long the recovery would be. I fully understood to costs upfront, the intended results and what his limitations would be during recovery.

Well, today “Lincoln” is all healed up and back to his playful self with his girlfriend, Muffin. It wasn’t easy keeping both dogs low key; but the outcome is even better than expected.

So, “many thanks” to all you for fixing a complex problem to me; but seemingly a breeze for these educated, kind and talented team!

The staff and service here is amazing. I will no longer take my dog anywhere else. We had a knee surgery done here for a large breed dog and they were super helpful with informing us about every step of the process. They had models of all the different surgeries and iPads to show us pictures. They showed us the before and after X-rays and did not skimp on repeated follow ups. Can’t recommend them enough!

As my dog, Toby, has a likely orthopedic challenge requiring surgery I was quite concerned about the diagnosis and recommended course of treatment. Dr. Henry completed a thorough examination of Toby and mildly sedated Toby to obtain films of his elbow and shoulders. He explained the options, recommending a conservative approach with anti-inflammatory meds and rest. If after 4 weeks Toby showed no improvement, then corrective arthroscopic surgery would be explored. I appreciated this recommendation as I agree that Toby’s own recuperative abilities are potentially able to resolve his joint issue. I was pleased to not feel like there was any pressure for surgery and that surgery would only be done as indicated.

I really can’t say enough about how professional and on the same page the whole team is. I was really feeling anxious and stressed about Eggo’s procedure, but you have all made the process as smooth as possible and relieved so much of my concern. She is doing so well and is already her happy self, tail slapping everything in site whenever she gets attention. We’ve been hanging with her 24/7 since Friday and she is using her repaired leg on walks and doesn’t mind wearing the diva donut you gave her one bit.
