Boston Veterinary Specialists
We hope that you and your family are continuing to stay safe and healthy during these difficult times. As the COVID-19 pandemic has developed, it has become clear that the way we are able to interact with our clients has changed for the foreseeable future. Despite that, our goal at Boston Veterinary Specialists remains to be able to continue to provide the best veterinary care to pets in our community, while keeping the safety of our clients and team members at the forefront.
As federal and local safety guidelines change and develop, we want you to know that our team is working hard to enact safety measures within our clinic to allow us to continue to provide care for your pets.
What We're Doing
Healthy Team Members
We’re taking team health seriously, with measures including temperature checks, frequent handwashing, and self-check procedures.
Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitizing
Our hospital is cleaned and sanitized frequently, using EPA approved disinfectants, with special attention paid to heavy touch areas like doorknobs, phones, and computers.
What We’re Asking You to Do
We have procedures in place to limit contact during the payment process to keep you and our team members safe.
Keep your Cell Phone Close & Charged
We’ll be communicating with you via your cell phone during your pet’s visit, so we ask you to make sure it is on and charged during the appointment.
Be Patient as We Serve You
Our team is working extremely hard to follow safety guidelines while providing the high level of veterinary care you and your pet deserve. Please be patient and kind as our pet health heroes care for your furry friends.
