Pet Insurance

We know how scary and unexpected emergency vet visits can be, so we work hard to offer financial assistance to our clients through Care Credit and/or ScratchPay.

However, enrolling your pet into a pet insurance policy is the best way to protect them and you. Pet insurance will allow you to rest easy knowing that you are covered in the event of an emergency. This will lessen the chance that financial constraints get in the way of getting the most advanced care for your pet, helping them get better faster.

How does pet insurance work?

Like insurance for humans, deductibles, copayments, premiums, and coverage can vary widely between the different pet policies and companies. The biggest difference between pet insurance and human insurance: You typically have to pay your veterinary bill in full and wait for the insurance company to reimburse you, although, some pet insurance companies will now pay the veterinary hospital directly, which decreases your upfront out-of-pocket costs.

There are many pet insurance providers to choose from and we encourage you to research them to choose the provider that best meets the specific needs of you and your family. Pet insurance is very common now-a-days and highly recommended.

Below are a few popular pet insurance companies. Click their logo to learn more and get a quote.
